I am a licensed massage therapist, registered yoga teacher and certified energy healer who is very passionate about healing others. Being an athlete, I've always found a powerful connection between mind- body health. Its simple, when your body feels good, you feel good. On the other hand, when you harbor negativity, so does your body. I am very excited to combine my knowledge of massage therapy, polarity, and yoga to help people achieve their ultimate health, physically as well as mentally.

My path has been windy with many ups and downs which has lead me to a life full of gratitude. I once lived in a world where I was crippled by my insecurities, anxiety and depression. Facing and overcoming my own struggles has given me the strong desire to help others free themselves from their emotional and physical burdens. Thus how I found myself on a journey to inspire others to appreciate, love and take care of their mental and physical well-being.
