After meeting with you I develop a series of poses, stretches and exercises, specific for your personal goals and what your body needs. We will target the areas in your body that need postural corrections, strength and mobility. During the session, I will may use a series of techniques such as pin and stretch, PNF Stretching, CRAC stretching, and manipulation of muscles and massage to release problem areas. I combinine my knowledge of anatomy, massage therapy and yoga to leave you feeling amazing in your body! I recommend booking 3-5 sessions at a time to plan for cumulative progression over several weeks. I will constantly be adapting the program to fit your progress. A lot of my clients like to have a half hour one on one assisted stretching session, followed by a massage. It is an amazing combination!

This is a specialty class designed to transition you from day energy to night energy. Starting with a vigorous vinyasa flow we will burn of excess energy that builds up and latches on during the day. followed with 20 minutes of deep stretching, and a guided mediation with essential oils and massage to lead you into a blissful savasana. This class will relieve stress and tension from the mind and body- transitioning you into a peaceful state ready to go home and fall asleep effortlessly.
