MONDAY & FRIDAY @ 12:00 VINYASA POWER FLOW
It‘s going to be a great workout! you’re going to move your body, breathe and definitely break a sweat.
All you need for this class is yourself and a yoga mat.
WEDNESDAY@ 6pm RESTORATIVE, THERAPEUTIC STRETCHING, MOBILITY AND TRIGGER POINT
This class is going to be slower paced. We will focus on releasing tight muscles through deep stretching, mobility, and trigger point work.
You will need a yoga mat as well as a yoga strap/ belt and a lacrosse ball for trigger pointing.
*Both classes are going to end with a guided meditation and some polarity energy work.
My mission is to give you an accessible outlet to nourish your mental and physical health. These classes will be a time when you can forget about the day and dedicate an hour of doing something REALLY GOOD FOR YOURSELF! Stretching and stimulating your body will activate blood flow, boost your immune system, release endorphins, build muscle, build confidence and alter your state of mind. You will feel grounded and uplifted for the day. The guided meditations are based on healing and flourishing through this pandemic. It is my hope to give you a positive physical and mental outlet.
I made these classes free because I did not want to discourage anyone from being able to access them. However, if you are able to donate to Down to Earth Bodyworks, funds will go directly towards business expenses and overhead. Thank you!
Although we may be in quarantine and might be feeling a little stuck, we can still mentally and physically flourish.
